Last month i should get my letter that had been sent from indonesia with ems service to austria. BUT I HAVENT GOT THAT TILL NOW. I call pos indonesia to clarify this thing because post auatria said to do that but they said please call austrian post... what is happening here ? And by the way, i tracked my letter was still in verteilzentrum linz since 2 days after it s sent but they said it s not there !CAN YOU CLARIFY this !? I HAVE CALL THE SENDER AND POST INDONESIA AND THEY SAID I HAVE TO CALL YOU DUDE !!!

What the hell ? EMS service and it fails ? you pay more to fail ? so you people out there, IF YOU USE AUSTRIAN POST YOU KNOW WHERE YOUR LETTER HAS BEEN SENT... TO NO WHERE !!!
