How ever I figured it out how to solve the problem:
1. Turn off you x10 mini pro by pressing on/off button on the top of your phone.
2. since this problem not allow you to get in until main page, you need use safe mode by pressing application button (one on the left of the three metallic buttons) and the on/off button AT ONCE, keep pressing until you reach the main page with a "safe mode" text on the screen.
3. go to "setting" and then "applications" then "manage applications".
4. you will see the list of installed applications on your x10 mini pro and you have to uninstall some programs like antivirus. If you still have this problem, yo need to uninstall all programs since you don't know which one is incompatible and then reinstall it one by one.
5. By doing 1-4 you solved the problem.

ReplyDeleteWoah. The same error appeared and I clicked forced close, now it works perfectly. Just had to uninstall the new "Juicedefender" I downloaded. This is the most useful info you can find online, even Sony Ericcson website said that restoring factory setting was the only option. Thanks a lot!
